Snow, sleet, rain or shine, our groups of experienced teams are prepared to assist. We have teams with numerous years of experience and levels of expertise.

K.O.S.A.R. is a HAVOC USA collaborative service established to be a single source site for coordinating K9 and SAR assets between military, law enforcement, search and rescue, first responders, and other members of the emergency response community in order to provide swift and effective solutions for complex problems.

Team members come from all walks of life and each team is strategically comprised of specific handler and dog teams with skill sets to accommodate unique needs. Some handler and dog teams are currently in active service while others are strictly volunteers. Handlers and K9's earn ranks based on experience, training, and demonstrated leadership and ability. Out of respect for the K9's efforts, each K9 always holds one rank higher than their handler. 

Response times vary depending on availability, situation or event, needs, and requests. Requests are prioritized by the severity of the threat to human life at all times taking head to the motto, "So that others may live." Whatever your need, we aim to provide supplementary assets to your existing teams to help you achieve mission success.
